The Disc-O-Sem 6042 is the new Agrisem seed drill designed to prepare the ground and seed at high speed with possibility of incorporating fertilizer.

The working width is 6 m and hopper has a capacity of 4 200 liters.

The work of this tool is divided between three stages:

- Preparation of the seedbed with a double row of independent discs of large diameters to pass in the presence of residues (corn grain, rapeseed, etc …). If fertilization at planting fertilizer shall be deposited between the discs (sowing by covering over technique) to be located under the future seeding line.

- Tamping seedbed roll with tires of 800 mm diameter.

- Seeding with elements double disc coulter with maintenance-free hubs.

It is possible to independently lift up the seeding ramp or the discs.
